Healthier Eating

Since it's the new year, here are some tips for eating healthier, and maybe losing some weight:

Brown bag it. Bringing your lunch to work is a great way to get control of your eating, and your food budget.

Shop healthy. Stick to the outside of the store, where the fresh produce, fresh meats, and dairy products are. Stay away from the middle of the store, where the junk food is.

Make small changes. Just a few small changes in food selection can make add up to several pounds lost over the course of a year.

Don't make drastic changes. Be sensible in the changes you make; don't go for sweeping, all-or-nothing changes, because you'll most likely end up on the nothing side of that equation.
